Elisa has a wealth of experience in business management with specialties in data-driven strategies and quality compliance. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Ashley has expertise designing evaluations that meet the requirements of state and federal funders to measure outcomes and report on impact. She holds a Ph.D., in Politics and International Relations, and an M.A. in International Comparative Politics.

Stella previously served as ACET’s CEO from April 1998 to August 2024. Her passion for creating ACET centered on designing and implementing culturally tailored evaluations. She holds a M.A., in Policy Analysis and Program Evaluation.
